DES MOINES, Iowa – Midwest Alarm Services, a leading provider of life safety solutions based in Des Moines, Iowa, is excited to announce Doug Richard has joined the board of Family Promise of Greater Des Moines (https://www.midwestalarmservices.com/).
Family Promise of Greater Des Moines (FPGD) is a homeless shelter assisting families with children through a network of 14 area host locations. Families are provided a safe and clean facility to stay in; private room for sleeping, meals, and a secure location to be during the day at their Day center. FPGD hosts families for an initial stay of 30 days, but may stay up to 90 days with the agreement of saving 80% of their income and actively working toward the goal of securing a home and income.
Doug Richard, President of Midwest Alarm Services, said, “Family Promise is a tremendous organization that assists families with children to find food and shelter through a network of 14 churches.
